Brian Vicente

Brian Vicente is a prominent legal and policy expert in the cannabis industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and President of the National Hispanic Cannabis Council since June 2020. As a Partner at Vicente LLP since July 2010, Brian Vicente assists clients in launching and growing marijuana businesses across the United States and internationally. In addition, Brian Vicente has co-founded multiple organizations including Leafwire, VS Tech Ventures, and Simplifya, and holds the position of Principal at VS Strategies, advising government bodies on marijuana legislation. Previously, Brian Vicente served as Executive Director of Sensible Colorado from 2005 to 2012, focusing on effective drug policy. Brian Vicente earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Grinnell College.
