Javier Rios

Javier Rios is the Senior Director, Engineering & Head, Product Engineering at LeagueApps. Javier has over 10 years of experience in web design and development and has worked with clients across different industries including athletic wear, higher education, and technology.

Prior to joining LeagueApps, Javier was the Director of Web at 15Four where they established a web team and oversaw the expansion of the department by 25%. Javier also brought in clients across different industries.

Before 15Four, Javier was a UI Engineer, UI Designer at ONeil Interactive where they designed and developed WordPress websites and applications for the home builder industry. Javier also designed a custom CRM for home builders that allowed them to manage daily goals, teams, and outreach.

Javier started their career as a Frontend Developer at Interactive Strategies and then went on to work as a Web Designer at Berkshire Associates Inc.

Their manager is Steve Parker, CTO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Bob Daly - Head, Platform Engineering, David Cameron - Staff Front-End Engineer, and Derek Showler - Software Engineer In Test.
