Benoît Catelin

Benoît Catelin has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to present. Benoît began their career at Alpha Chauffage as a Chargé d'affaires, managing projects and teams for heating and air conditioning systems. Benoît then worked at Stream International as a hotliner, where they created a corporate laptop support team and implemented a central hardware laptop database.

In 2002, Benoît joined mobileway as a Surveillance specialist before moving to Sybase 365, an SAP Company, where they served as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they provided technical support and client services, handling support issues and working in various locations including Paris, the Bay Area, CA, and London.

Benoît then transitioned to SAP Mobile Services as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for the Messaging product portfolio. Benoît defined product strategies, managed product releases, and collaborated with multiple teams within the company.

In 2017, Benoît became a Freelance Consultant, working independently until 2018 when they joined LeakBot as a Technical Business Analyst. In this position, they led the development of backend systems, IoT devices, and mobile apps, designed new APIs, and oversaw the implementation of field service, CRM, and sales platforms based on MS Dynamics 365.

Benoît Catelin's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology in the design of air conditioning and heating systems, which they obtained from Lycée F. Arago between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they attended Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne from 1994 to 1996, where they studied physics. Alongside their formal education, Benoît also holds various certifications in different subjects, including cloud computing, SEO, communication, mobile marketing, and app development.
