Matt McCluer is a management-side employment, professional liability, and commercial litigation attorney with extensive experience representing employers in a range of labor and employment matters. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Leake Andersson LLP, Matt provides strategic advice on federal and state employment laws and conducts training for managers and employees. Previously, Matt was a Counsel at Littler and worked as an associate at several law firms, including Ogletree Deakins and Breazeale Sachse and Wilson LLP. In addition to legal practice, Matt actively participated in bar associations, having held the position of Chair of the Labor Relations and Employment Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association for the 2019-2020 term. Matt earned a J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University.
