David Allen served as an Armor Platoon Leader in the United States Army from 1991 to 1993 before beginning a career in consulting and management. They held various positions at the Boston Consulting Group, where they became a Manager between 1997 and 2002 and an Associate from 1993 to 1995. David's extensive experience includes leadership roles, such as Vice President in multiple organizations, and they are currently the Senior Vice President & Executive Advisor at Lean Focus, where they train and coach executives. David has earned a BS/BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business.
