Evan Berns

Evan Berns is a seasoned turnaround, lean, and innovation consultant with extensive experience in medical and industrial manufacturing and injection molding. They founded and served as Managing Director for Northeast Growth Partners from 2012 to 2016, focusing on lean transformations and organizational optimization for global clients. In previous roles, Evan held significant leadership positions, including President and CEO of Seitz LLC, where they oversaw the turnaround of a global OEM manufacturer, and VP/GM at IDEX Corporation, managing a precision plastics division. Evan's educational background includes multiple degrees in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from the University of Connecticut and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Currently, they serve as Senior Vice President and Executive Advisor at Lean Focus, training leaders in continuous improvement and transformations.
