Mona Abou-Sayed

Mona Abou-Sayed serves as the Senior Vice President and Executive Advisor at Lean Focus since October 2025. With extensive experience in strategic leadership and continuous improvement, Mona has held significant positions such as Board Member at i-Stimulation Solutions and SVP at Standard BioTools, where the implementation of the Standard BioTools Business System and Lean Transformation initiatives were key achievements. Previously, Mona was VP of Strategy Execution & Continuous Improvement at Mitel, overseeing transformative cloud communication strategies and organizational development initiatives. With a strong foundation in operations research and executive coaching, Mona holds multiple degrees from Southern Methodist University and the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
