Robert Grumski has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Robert is currently serving as the Vice President of the Procurement Transformation Practice at Lean Focus LLC. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Global Procurement at Envista Holdings Corporation from September 2019 to November 2021. Before that, they held various roles at Danaher Corporation, including Vice President of Global Procurement for the Dental Platform and Director of Strategic Sourcing for the Global Aerospace & Media division of Pall Corporation. Robert also worked as the Director of Global Supply Chain Management at Gardner Denver and Director of Strategic Sourcing at Siemens. Robert Grumski began their career at Milacron Inc., where they held roles such as Director of Strategic Sourcing, Director of Procurement, and Business Unit Manager. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their expertise in driving procurement performance and achieving business success.

Robert Grumski obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati, attending from 1986 to 1989. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations at Auburn University, from 1996 to 1999.
