Steve Yarber is currently the Director of LBS Operations Practice at Lean Focus, a position they have held since 2025. They have amassed significant experience in operations and improvement roles, including serving as the Director of Global Operations Improvement at Watlow from 2022 to 2025, and as an Enterprise Excellence Sensei at Trane Technologies from 2020 to 2021. Before these roles, Steve worked at Simpler Consulting as a consultant from 2003 to 2019 and held various leadership positions in operational excellence at Ingersoll Rand Products and JELD-WEN. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from East Tennessee State University from 1980 to 1982.
