Szabolcs Molnár

Szabolcs Molnár is currently the CEO of the Lean Enterprise Institute Hungary and serves as president of the Hungarian Lean Association and co-chairman of the ESG Association. With over 20 years of experience in lean management and organizational development, they focus on providing support for leaders and their teams to enhance efficiency and foster sustainable operations. Szabolcs is also a board member of the Lean Global Network, collaborating with leaders from 31 organizations worldwide to promote knowledge sharing and innovation. They hold an economist degree from the College of Commerce and Business and have previously held executive roles in various companies, including E-Con Group and MTD Products.
