Brooke Hattie

Brooke Hattie is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Brooke serves as a Partner at Lean Layer since June 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Hired from January 2021 to May 2023, where Brooke held positions as Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager following the acquisition of Vettery by Hired in 2021. Prior to Hired, Brooke worked at Vettery from March 2017 to January 2021, initially as a Marketing Associate and ultimately becoming a Marketing Manager, contributing to the company's successful acquisition by Adecco Group for $100 million. Earlier career experiences include an internship at Motion Sickness Studio and a role as a Marketing Consultant at Crown Asia Pacific Group Limited. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Communication in Marketing from Massey University and completed the Rising Executives Course at Pavilion in 2022.
