Geoff Mazeroff

Geoff Mazeroff is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development, engineering management, and process improvement. Currently serving as a Professional Software Consultant at Lean TECHniques since February 2025, Geoff previously held the position of Software Engineering Manager at RegScale, where significant contributions were made to establish structure in a rapidly growing environment. With a track record that includes roles such as Process Improvement Director and Agile Coaching Director at Lirio, and leadership positions at organizations like DAXOR Corporation and DPRA, Geoff has a strong foundation in modern software practices and team leadership.
