Jon Graf is an experienced engineering lead and software coach with a strong background in Agile and XP practices. Currently at Lean TECHniques Inc. since September 2018, Jon builds and supports development teams, develops training processes, and assists in cloud infrastructure creation. Previous roles include software developer and technical QA, where Jon focused on microservices and automated testing. Jon's experience also encompasses business intelligence and financial analysis at companies such as UTC Aerospace Systems and IBM. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Marketing, and Graphic Communications from Western Illinois University.
