Kim Davidson

Kim Davidson is a strategic People Operations and organizational leader with extensive experience in HR transformation and talent strategy. With a career spanning over a decade, Kim has built and scaled teams, directed organizational restructures, and implemented impactful HR technologies. Currently, Kim serves as the Human Resources Director at Lean TECHniques and is a volunteer board member for Vibrant Credit Union. Previously, Kim held various roles at agencies and organizations including Spinutech, where significant improvements in efficiency, culture, and engagement were achieved. Kim earned a Master of Arts from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree from Simpson College.
