Mike Forster is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Lean Technologies since November 2024. Prior to this role, Mike served as a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft from March 2021 to October 2024 and held positions including Senior Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer at Metaswitch Networks from October 2008 to March 2021.
