Michelle Tricker

Michelle Tricker is an accomplished Operations Director with a strong background in transforming business operations and driving efficiency. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Lean Tree since July 2025, Michelle leads strategic initiatives to enhance organizational processes. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Chief Operating Officer/Operations Director at PTI Digital from October 2018 to June 2025, where the focus was on business transformation through data and digital technology. Earlier experiences include managing a proactive commercial team as Head of Sales at Colchester United Football Club and generating income as a Senior Sales Executive at Ipswich Town Football Club. Michelle began a career in sales as a Sales Manager at Fitness First, following education at Duchess County High School in Alnwick.
