Founded by Lilly Sabri, Physiotherapist and Online Fitness Influencer, LEAN (Lean With Lilly) has four unique pillars.

The Lean With Lilly YouTube Channel (youtube.com/c/LillySabri):

With a subscriber base of 4.3 million people globally, Lilly educates and empowers her following to live a healthier lifestyle in a way that encourages increased body confidence regardless of shape, size and fitness level. She has taken her years of physio experience and poured it into her guides, workout videos, and more to develop a fit, confident and healthy lifestyle for herself and others!

The Lean With Lilly App:

Launched in June 2021 and has over 500,000 users, a top 10 app in 56 countries and continues to grow. The app also offers a paid subscription service.

LEAN Foods:

The Lean with Lilly Food Supplement Range is shaping the future of nutritional foods. With a market saturated with products containing artificial sweeteners, flavourings, and other unnecessary ingredients, LEAN offers something different. LEAN provides vegan friendly, high quality, British made food supplements.

Since launching in July 2021, the LEAN Foods range consists of Superfood packed Protein Powders, Natural Pre-Workout Formulas, Protein Oats, Protein Pancakes and a range of best-selling Protein Bars.

Lean with Lilly Fitness Equipment:

This side of LEAN offers Lilly’s audience a range of home fitness equipment. Initially LEAN started selling workout bands in early 2020 and now has a full home workout range including exercise mats, yoga balls, skipping ropes, foam rollers and ankle-weights.
