Rogier de Vries

Rogier de Vries currently serves as a partner and member of the management team at Leanent, along with roles as program manager and management consultant since May 2021. Prior experience includes leading the Operational Excellence practice and working as a management consultant at Nova Reperta from February 2019 to May 2021, and serving as a Lean consultant and junior Lean consultant at Leanent from July 2013 to February 2019. Previously, Rogier de Vries held the position of management trainee at Scania Production Nederland from May 2011 to July 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Windesheim, a Lean Black Belt certification, and advanced programs in change management and production processes.
