Wouter van Toledo

Wouter van Toledo has extensive experience as a Lean Consultant and Operations Specialist at LeanEnt BV since May 2010, focusing on improving employee engagement in manufacturing and engineering companies. As a Lean Black Belt trainer for the Liker Lean Academy, Wouter assesses practical applications of Lean methodologies. Previous roles include Project Manager at PDM, overseeing quality assurance and compliance projects for major corporations, and consulting on performance improvements and strategic initiatives for the foundry industry at Knight Wendling.
