To be successful in this rapid changing world, your organization must be able to swiftly adapt to changing customer demands, market developments and laws & regulations. Organizations that do this organically create a competitive advantage and will become the victors of the future. Agile will help your organization to be purposeful, flexible and custumer-oriented.

Becoming succesvol in Agile will take more then the implementation of a way of working; it will require a cultural change of the basis of the organization. Agile is a mindset based on the premiss of Purpose, Mastery and Autonomy. The people in the organization become more autonomous, responsibility and decisive authority will reside at the lowest level. Self-organization into teams and the way they work is adamant. Results, on the other hand, are not locked in. This requires a different form of leadership; the servant leaders in an Agile organization draw the lines within which the organization operates and adapts, they lead based on trust and confidence in their workforce.

Agile requires an approach in which people co-operatively decide how they work and innovate. An environment where mastery and quality are apparent. LEANIG provides hands-on coaching for development teams and leadership on their way to agile adoption and continuous improvement.
