Dan previously held positions as Lead Technical Application Support Engineer at itslearning inc and Quick Base Enterprise Level Application Support Specialist at Quick Base. With a background in IT support and customer service roles at companies such as Carbonite and Blue Cross Blue Shield, Dan brings a wealth of experience to their current role. Dan holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, as well as additional technical degrees from ITT Tech and J.F.K HS.
