Ralf Wehner is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a career spanning from 2007 to the present. Currently at LeanIX since July 2015, Ralf's focus is on enhancing the software product, analyzing customer needs, and implementing new features. Previous experience includes a software developer role at Deutsche Post from 2011 to 2014, where Ralf was part of multiple SCRUM teams, and a role at EMI Music in 2009, enhancing a distributed job processing platform. Additional consulting work involved technical designs and prototype development for the TIP project at IT Solutions, along with backend services for the Greenpeace web portal at SOPERA GmbH, and contributions to a JAVA project at Coronic GmbH as a freelancer. Ralf holds an engineer's degree in computer science from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund, obtained between 1990 and 1995.
