Rolie Ryan is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the technology and internet marketing industries. In 1993, they began their career as a Helicopter Engineer at Athabasca Airways Ltd. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a Systems/Network Administrator at Dasher Transportation LTD. Rolie then moved to Bell, where they worked as an IT Operations Manager from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, they became Co-Owner/Internet Marketing Consultant at Essential Strategies for Computing Inc. and Owner at Essential Strategies for Comu. From 2007 to 2016, they worked as an Operations Team Lead at Pure Energy Services Ltd. In 2016, they joined Leankor as a Marketing Manager and then moved to Director of Customer Success - Voice of the Customer in 2019. In this role, they are accountable for developing and executing Customer Success strategy for all of Leankor's customers.
Rolie Ryan attended Canadore College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained an Aircraft Maintenance Technician degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician. Rolie then went on to CDI College to receive a Certificate in IT Technician. Afterwards, they returned to Canadore College to receive a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
