Lars Kuch Pedersen

Lars Kuch Pedersen is the CEO and founder of LeanLinking, a position they have held since 2013. Prior to that, they worked for Wolseley Central Europe as the Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain from 2007 to 2013. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and supply chain operations in Wolseley Central Europe, which included five wholesale companies, 2000 employees, 2000 suppliers, and a EUR 700 million yearly purchase volume. Lars reported to the CEO of Wolseley Central Europe and was a member of the Central Europe management team. Lars's primary responsibilities were to support the local teams on best practices within sourcing and to key account responsibility on European supplier agreements. Over a six-month period, they were also the interim Chief Procurement Officer in OEAG, the Austrian business, where they managed the local sourcing teams.

Before their time at Wolseley Central Europe, Pedersen worked as the Supply Chain Manager for STARK GROUP from 2004 to 2007. Lars started their career as an Analyst for Ennova in 2003 and then became a student analyst and project manager for Lindberg International in 2002.

Lars Kuch Pedersen has a diverse educational background, having studied in Business program at IMD in Lausanne Switzerland, and later completing a Master's degree in Logistics & Supply chain management at Aarhus University. Lars also has experience as a Reserve Officer, completing leadership training at the Royal Danish Airforce, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Aarhus University. Finally, they completed High School at Vesthimmerlands Gymnasium.
