Diego Giron has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Diego is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Leanmote, which is a people-first data tool for management. In this role, they collect data from productivity tools to provide leaders with visibility for optimizing people decision-making. Diego also creates action plans backed with data to enable better business outcomes. Diego has also participated in the EY Foundry program as the Founder of Leanmote, where they are refining the implementation strategy for cross-border growth and adding value to the EY business in the innovation areas.

Prior to Leanmote, Diego was the Founder & Managing Director of INCOR Construcciones. In this role, they provided end-to-end construction project management, capital investment planning, and management of capital assets. Diego successfully delivered on-time construction projects including social housing and school enlargements. Additionally, they created a division to attend and repair public schools with sub-contractors.

Before founding INCOR Construcciones, Diego worked as the Operations Manager at GironZurlo S.A. There, they provided tendering, finance, construction project management, and design development services for challenging and complex state schools. Diego was also responsible for the renovation, refurbishment, and maintenance of over 120 schools.

Diego Giron completed their education from 2010 to 2016 at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, where they earned a degree in Civil Engineering.
