Adrian Stanciu

Adrian Stanciu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Adrian is currently working as a Senior Business Development Manager at Leanpay, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Business Development Consultant at Staro Vision Consulting from April 2022 onwards.

Before their current roles, Adrian worked as a Business Development Manager at Trans Sped from September 2021 to March 2022. Adrian also gained experience at OTP Bank Romania as a Regional Sales Force Effectiveness Expert (South-East) from October 2019 to September 2021.

Adrian's earlier career includes various positions at BCR, where they served as a Regional Business Partner (North-East) from July 2018 to October 2019, Business Segment Manager from August 2017 to July 2018, Branch Manager from September 2015 to August 2017, and Sales Relationship Manager from November 2012 to September 2015. As a Sales Relationship Manager, Adrian successfully handled sales and operational activities, interacted with numerous individual clients, visited multiple companies to promote the bank's products and services, and facilitated over 4000 personal loans and mortgages through consultative sales.

Furthermore, Adrian gained experience as a Sales Consultant at Banca Transilvania from August 2010 to October 2012 and as an Operations Officer in PI & SME at UniCredit Bank Romania from May 2008 to July 2010.

Adrian Stanciu has a strong educational background starting with their high school diploma in Mathematics & Informatics from National College George Cosbuc, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Adrian then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration from the University of Bucharest, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008.

In order to further enhance their skills and knowledge in the business field, Adrian is currently enrolled in an Executive MBA program at the Maastricht School of Management. This program, which focuses on Business Administration and Management, commenced in 2021 and is expected to be completed by 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Adrian Stanciu has also obtained professional certifications. In May 2017, they successfully completed the BCR Branch Manager Professional Certificate from Trend Consult Group. Prior to that, in November 2014, they obtained the BCR Relationship Manager Professional Certificate from the same institution. These certifications demonstrate Adrian's commitment to ongoing professional development and further illustrate their expertise in the financial industry.
