Janko Medja

Janko Medja is an experienced executive with a history of success in the banking and finance industry. Janko has held various roles since 2008, including Member of Managing Board at UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d. (2008-2012), CEO, President of Managing board, NLB group at NLB d.d. (2012-2015), Chairman of the Supervisory Board (non-executive) at NLB Prishtina sh.a. (2013-2016) and NLB Tutunska Banka (2013-2016), Advisor to the Board of Directors (non-executive) at Interblock Gaming (2016-present), Chairman of the Supervisory Board (non-executive) at LON d.d. (2016-present), Founder and CEO at EQUI d.o.o. (2016-present), and Co-founder, CBDO at Leanpay (2018-present). Janko has also served as a Member of the Board of Governors (non-executive) at AmCham Slovenia (2014-present).

Janko Medja completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Ljubljana between 1992 and 1997. In 2005, they obtained an MBA degree with honors from IEDC - Bled School of Management in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2006, they obtained a Certification for Supervisory Board Members from the Slovenian Directors' Association.
