Misa Zivic has held a variety of positions since 2009. In 2009, they were the Student Vice Dean at the Faculty of Economics, University of Nis. In 2010, they were the CEO & Founder of Cezar - Different Fast Food and the President of the National Union of Students of Serbia - СКОНУС | SKONUS | SCSU. In 2012, they were the Corporate Development Manager and Partner at Workforce Serbia. In 2015, they were the Apprentice with a Problem (AWP) - Consultant at The Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, University of Oxford. Since 2016, they have been the CEO & Co-Founder of Leanpay.

Misa Zivic began their educational journey in 2004 when they enrolled in the University of Nis, Serbia to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Economics. However, they dropped out in 2007. In 2013, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a Graduate level course in Analysis and Management of Financial Risk. That same year, they also enrolled in the PwC Academy for a Mini MBA programe in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2014, Misa Zivic completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
