Tilen Zugwitz

Tilen Zugwitz has over 20 years of work experience. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Treasury Officer for Gorenjska banka d.d. for two years. In 2002, they moved to Poteza Skupina, where they served as Head of Analysis for five years. In 2005, they returned to Gorenjska banka d.d. and held various roles, including Member of management board, Executive director for commercial banking, Head of corporate banking, and Assistant head of corporate banking. In 2013, they became self-employed and held the roles of Loan restructuring manager and Financial Advisor. In 2017, they joined Posojilnica Bank eGen as Head of Workout. In 2018, they became CEO of LeanPay d.o.o. SLO and, in 2022, they were appointed CFO/COO of Leanpay LTD.

Tilen Zugwitz received a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics between 1995 and 2000. Tilen then went on to receive a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Faculty of Economics Ljubljana between 1995 and 2002.
