Dhruti Patel has worked in a variety of roles, beginning with a Front Desk Agent at Howard Johnson in 2012. Dhruti then moved on to Senior Account Executive at CD Corp in 2014, where they were responsible for B2B Sales, managing clients through Salesforce and identifying prospects' needs. In 2016, they became a Business Development Consultant at Holiday Inn Express, where they were tasked with creating budgets and overseeing money handling, accounting, and bank processes. In 2018, they became a Business Analyst at Anthem, where they developed and delivered architectural training sessions and was responsible for business and functional requirement gathering and documentation. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Leanplum, where they are responsible for the end-to-end optimization, innovation and build of the company's website and its lead generation strategy. Dhruti also uses data, customer and competitive insights, A/B Testing, and industry best practices to identify opportunities to drive innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences.

Dhruti Patel attended the University of South Florida from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
