Jason Klous

Jason Klous, PhD, is a Principal at Midion, where they focus on transforming collaboration and engagement within organizations to achieve meaningful outcomes. They have extensive experience in the construction industry, having held roles such as Superintendent at McGough Construction and Instructor at various institutions, including Dunwoody College of Technology. Jason has dedicated their career to integrating Lean Construction practices, mentoring future leaders, and fostering environments of trust and commitment. Currently, they also serve as an Associate Editor for the Lean Construction Journal and contribute as an Industry and Alumni Fellow at Nottingham Trent University.
