Klaus Lemke

Klaus Lemke is the Managing Principal at Midion, where they focus on improving construction project delivery through increased collaboration and reduced waste. With a background in various leadership roles, including VP of Milwaukee Operations at Miron Construction Co. and KBS Construction, they have established innovative processes and implemented Lean Construction practices to enhance project performance. Klaus holds an MBA in Business Administration from Marquette University and is the author of *Better Building: Lean Practice for the Project-Driven Organization*.
