Stan Kaethler

Stan Kaethler has a strong background in engineering and architecture, with work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Most recently, in 2020, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at Leanspace SAS. Prior to that, they worked as a Cloud Architect at Telespazio VEGA Deutschland GmbH, where they led the Automation team and developed an end-to-end automation architecture for the company's cloud-hosted Space operations platform. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at CGI, supporting feature development for the Analysis and Reporting System based on big data technology, as well as leading solution engineering teams for bid proposals. Stan also has experience in the space industry, with a Masters in Space Studies from the International Space University and an internship at the European Space Agency. Additionally, they have worked in various roles at Bouygues Immobilier, Online Business Systems, Cactus Commerce, Skulogix, and CanDo Networks, where they contributed to projects related to architecture, development, integration, and management. Throughout their career, Stan has demonstrated a strong expertise in business process automation, orchestration, systems integration, big data processing, statistical analytics, and machine learning algorithms.

Stan Kaethler earned a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree from McMaster University, which they attended from 1991 to 1996. Stan later pursued a Masters of Science in Space Studies with a thesis at the International Space University from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their academic background, Stan also obtained certifications in Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Application Development from Microsoft in February 2011 and in Microsoft BizTalk 2006 R2 Custom Applications from Microsoft in December 2009.
