Tracy Gorfinkle

Tracy Gorfinkle is currently the Principal HR Business Partner at LeanTaaS, a position held since 2023. They have extensive experience in various leadership roles, including serving as the Senior Director of HR & Administration at Hospital IQ from 2021 to 2022 and multiple project management roles across different organizations. Tracy has also worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Oracle from 2004 to 2005 and has been an independent consultant from 2014 to 2016. They hold degrees in Economics and Psychology from Wellesley College and continue their education at Thayer Academy.
