At Leap, we help public sector organisations develop the digital skills needed to ensure the lasting success of large-scale transformations.

Led by former civil servants, we empower the public sector with tools to meet citizens' evolving needs efficiently and more effectively without the growing pains.

We create an environment which encourages collaboration and peer-to-peer, hands-on learning. This approach helps to:

- Make complex principles easier to understand
- Increase knowledge retention
- Improve the ability to apply what has been learned in the real world immediately

Our program covers Agile Methodology, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Emerging Technologies, Product Management, Project Delivery & Management, Systems Thinking, UX Design, UI Design, and more.

Leap is about closing the digital skills gap and preparing civil servants for the future.
