Prashant Joshi

Prashant Joshi has been working in the technology industry since 1996. Prashant's work experience includes Senior Executive at Siemens Ltd., Senior Architect and Project Manager at Software Exports India Pvt. Ltd., Principal Staff Engineer at Motorola, Manager of CPO (Cellular Products Group) at Freescale Semiconductor, Program Manager at BORQS, Director of R&D Mumbai at HERE Technologies, Founder at EduScale - A Leap & Scale Enterprise, Founder & CEO at Leap & Scale, and Chief Technology Officer at In2things Automation. At Leap & Scale, they built high performance IoT and IIoT platforms for numerous verticals and consulted in IoT and IIoT. Prashant also created innovative end-to-end solutions with class-apart user interfaces and user experiences. In addition, they built large data collection and analysis platforms and solutions for industrial and consumer use. At Leap & Scale Foundation, they are a Member Board of Directors, working to enable life skills at all levels.

Prashant Joshi obtained their Secondary School Certificate from Kamalnayan Bajaj School (Society of St. Ursula) in 1984-1988. Prashant then obtained their Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) from MES Abasaheb Garware College in 1989-1990. In 1990-1994, they received their Bachelor of Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University in Industrial Electronics. In 2003-2005, they obtained their Professional Masters from Illinois Institute of Technology in Telecom and Software Engineering. In 2013, they received their Management Development Programme from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in Leadership and Change Management. Prashant then obtained their Certificate Program in Machine Learning & AI from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2020. Currently, they are pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in Computer Science and Information Science. In addition, they have obtained Medical Yoga Practitioner certification from Paramyoga in 2019 and MBTI Step I and Step II Certification from CPP, Inc. in 2013.
