Pixie Highley

Pixie Highley's work experience includes working as a Product Consultant at LEAP Legal Software UK since September 2021. In this role, they focus on providing innovative and efficient cloud-based management software for small to mid-size law firms. Pixie emphasizes the importance of customer service and being an integral part of client success.

Prior to that, Pixie worked as a Membership Consultant at AFTON FITNESS LIMITED from October 2018 to August 2021. During their three years there, they gained experience in using integrated CRM databases and specialized software for managing prospects and memberships in the fitness industry. Pixie developed skills in prospect sourcing, client management, and improving the sales process. Working for a franchised company with a strong focus on customer service and community outreach further enhanced their ability to interact with the public.

Pixie Highley began their education in 2016 at BIMM Institute, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Popular Music Performance and Industry. Pixie completed their studies at BIMM Institute in 2018. In the following year, Pixie Highley enrolled at Middlesex University to further their education in the field of music. Pixie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Industry Practice at Middlesex University.
