Michael Thomas

As the COO of LEAP, Michael is known by his clients as a 'behind-the-scenes' genius. He always listens first, is incredibly patient and is always helpful when it comes to solving challenges and seeing opportunities. Prior to joining LEAP in 2014, he worked for a Fortune 200 firm for over a decade where he was responsible for a nationwide team dedicated to consulting large organizations on how to use technology and insights to improve business results. He also co-founded an early stage drug development firm in 2009 that focused on developing ‘smart’ therapies for the treatment of severe bone disorders.
