Mandy Williams

Mandy Williams, MHA, is currently the Program Director of HIE Strategy at CRISP Shared Services, where they oversee the development and implementation of health information exchange initiatives. With a background in project management at CRISP and Leap Orbit, Mandy managed significant projects focused on interoperability and data exchange. They previously held the position of Director of Operations at A-G Associates and served as an Administrative Associate at Cleveland Clinic. Mandy is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Healthcare certified and teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, focusing on process and quality improvement in health IT. Mandy earned a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Frostburg State University.
