Kan Yan serves as a Partner at Evolution, focusing on coaching and leadership consulting for entrepreneurs and organizations dedicated to positive change. With extensive experience as a Consultant and Executive Coach at Sapient Leadership, Kan Yan also advises at Beckley Retreats, enhancing leadership through experiential programming. As an Executive Coach Faculty at LEAP, Kan Yan contributes to empowering Asian and Pacific Islanders. Previous roles include Strategy and Partnerships Officer at MAPS, Senior Consultant at BLUECASE Strategic Partners, and emerging initiatives in mindfulness through Potential Project and McKinsey & Company.
