Brian Striepling

Brian Striepling is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Leap Partners since March 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held various senior finance positions at Wellpath, including Senior Director FP&A and Director of Finance, from May 2022 to March 2024. Brian's extensive background also includes significant tenure at Flash Technology, an SPX Corporation Company, where roles spanned from Director of Finance to Controller from April 2013 to April 2022, as well as earlier positions at Philips, ARAMARK, and EJ Footwear. Brian holds a BBA in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University, earned between 1999 and 2004.
