William Beaudette possesses extensive experience in the marine industry, currently serving as the Owner of Neptunus Rex marine since February 2009, specializing in advanced electric marine propulsion systems. Since January 1989, William has been actively involved in marine engine consulting, focusing on alternative propulsion systems including high-performance small lightweight steam turbine engines. From January 1999 to January 2009, William owned BRAVO YACHT AND SHIP, where the expertise included serving as a broker for ships and yachts in California, and providing consulting services on marine electric and alternative propulsion systems. Earlier, William worked for the Beaudette Foundation for Marine Biological Research from June 1959 to September 1971. Education includes a Master’s Degree earned from the College of Hard Knocks, covering various marine-related topics.

Private gatherings are hosted year round aboard Museum vessels and may include Star of India, the 1898 steam ferry Berkeley, navy frigate H.M.S. Surprise, and more.
