Dirk Vaneker

Dirk Vaneker has worked in the real estate industry since 2007. Dirk began as a Trainee at Snelder Zijlstra Makelaars, then moved to a role as an Assistant Makelaar at Snelder Zijlstra Bedrijfsmakelaars v.o.f. in 2008. In 2010, they became a Projectleider Noord Holland and Projectmedewerker at FMT Vastgoedbeheer. In 2014, they took on a role as a Commercieel en Facilitair Beheerder at Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, followed by a role as Property- and Assetmanager / Rayonmanager at WoonHolland in 2016. In 2019, they became a Real Estate Manager at A.S. Watson Benelux and in 2020, they moved to a role as Vastgoedacquisiteur at Lidl Bouw & Vastgoed. Dirk is currently working as the Head of Site Acquisition NL at LEAP24.

Dirk Vaneker began their education in 2004, when they attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences and studied Scheepsbouwkunde. From 2006 to 2007, they attended Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland and studied International Hospitality Management. Lastly, from 2008 to 2011, they attended NVM SOM and obtained a K-RMT in SVM NIVO.
