John Leddin

John Leddin has worked in the real estate industry since 1999. John began their career at GL Auctioneers and Valuers as a Senior Sales and Rental Negotiator. In 2011, they joined David Andrew Estate Agents as a Senior Sales Negotiator, where they were responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, attracting new business, conducting property valuations, and leading negotiations of offers. In 2014, they became the Chief Executive Officer of EPIC Home. In 2018, they joined AOG Technics LTD as Sales Director. Currently, they are the Head of Site Acquisitions at LEAP24.

John Leddin has completed a GNVQ Level II in Business and Finance, Real Estate and Valuation from I.P.A.V.I (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers Ireland). John also has a background in A Levels from Crescent College Comprehensive Limerick, where they studied English, History and Business.
