Steven Rodgers

Steven Rodgers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steven started their career as an intern at M1 Global Solutions, where they assisted with IT help desk tasks and worked on internal network infrastructure. Steven then worked at Staples as a computer repair specialist, performing various functions such as floor sales, stocking, and PC repair services.

Following that, Steven joined Presence Technology for a brief contract role as a software implementation assistant, where they worked on call center CLI software implementation for a client in Atlanta, GA. Steven then joined Akamai Technologies as a field technician, providing technical support and assistance.

After their time at Akamai, Steven worked at T-Mobile USA as a sales associate and device specialist. In this role, they served as the technical lead of their store, providing in-depth support to customers with specific or challenging issues.

Steven's most recent and longest-held position was at Leapfrog Services, where they progressed through various roles. Steven started as an IT support analyst, serving clients remotely via telephone and email. Steven then transitioned to an onsite field service technician role, providing on-site support for clients. Steven further advanced to become an infrastructure engineer, responsible for maintaining the internal infrastructure at Leapfrog and their clients. Finally, they became a private cloud engineer, designing, configuring, securing, deploying, and maintaining Leapfrog's private cloud infrastructure as well as client infrastructure.

Throughout their career, Steven has gained valuable experience in technical support, network infrastructure, software implementation, and sales.

Steven Rodgers completed their education at Kennesaw State University from 2006 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Security & Assurance. Prior to that, they attended Kennesaw Mountain High School from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a College Prep + Career Prep program. Additionally, Steven has obtained several certifications, including VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization and VMware Certified Professional 6 - Desktop Mobility from VMware in April 2018, VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization from VMware in March 2017, VMware Certified Professional 5 Desktop from VMware in July 2015, CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA in July 2012, and CompTIA Network+ ce from CompTIA in April 2014.
