David Wilson

David Wilson is an experienced strategic executive with broad expertise in business formations, strategy development, and corporate management. They founded and currently serve as President of Gateway Associates, a business advisory firm focused on restructuring and capital formation for small to mid-sized companies. David has also held significant roles, including Managing Director at Wang Development & Investment and Director at multiple organizations, where they played key parts in capital fundraising, mergers, and acquisitions. They hold several advanced degrees, including a JD from Suffolk University Law School and an MBA from Babson College. As a board member of both public and private companies, David is committed to supporting distressed organizations and early-stage startups.
