Stefanie Baker has over 25 years of work experience. Stefanie currently works as a Digital Transformation Manager at Mercer | Leapgen. Prior to this, they worked at Oracle as a Master Principal Solutions Engineer, where they managed enterprise HCM presales cycles and conducted comprehensive requirements analysis with clients.

Before Oracle, Stefanie worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Lead Workforce Solutions Consultant for six years. In this role, they delivered consulting services, collaborated with stakeholders, and optimized client systems and procedures.

Stefanie also has experience as a Team Lead at Empower Software Solutions, where they oversaw a team of presales consultants and established baseline criteria for team performance. Stefanie worked as a Director of Consulting Services at HRchitect, leading projects and training new team members in workforce management software.
