Leaping Frog is inspired by the concept of Leap-frogging. Incremental change and innovation helping to stay ahead.

The Leaping Frog symbolises the small or big leaps that one must take to bring about the changes that one aspires.  Whether it is a small or big leap, the objective is to venture into the unknown and embracing the uncomfortable; as there lies growth and learning.

The work that we do at Leaping Frog and the way we work deeply follows this philosophy. We help people and organisations recognise and take those leap
We help people and organisations realise their deeper capabilities, work on their strengths and facilitate the learning and change process. And by doing so, we help them take the leap and lead.

The rationale of our work is based on these pillars of belief
•	Conversations create reality
•	Nothing changes if nothing changes
•	Simple is powerful
•	Listening establishes connection
•	Learning in action creates ownership
•	What you focus, expands

How we work
We engage in conversations with key stakeholders to understand the context and needs, whether that of an individual, group of individuals or an organisation.

Based on the outcome, along with the key people, we help co-create an action plan and intervention.

We ensure that people are active ingredients and doers of the process so the outcome is owned by them and not imposed on them.

We act as external facilitators, holding the space and process, providing direction and keeping the project on track.

Areas of work
1. Driving Organisational Change and Development
2. ReIdentify – Coaching Interventions
3. HR Systems and Talent Strategy
