Project Interface Manager

Stephen Li is a Chartered Engineer with a Master of Engineering degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with Business Studies, attained with distinction from the University of Strathclyde. With extensive experience in the railway sector, Stephen Li worked as a Train Control/Signaling Engineer on the Dulles Metrorail Project at Bechtel from 2007 to 2012, where responsibilities included managing subcontractors through design, installation, and testing phases. Additional roles at Bechtel involved serving as a Senior Engineer on the Great Western Electrification Project and as a Train Control/Signaling Startup Engineer on the Dulles Metrorail Project, overseeing testing activities and coordinating dynamic train testing. Stephen Li also held positions as an MEP Field Engineer and Interface Coordinator for the High Speed 1 Project, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements and facilitating technical submissions. More recently, Stephen Li contributed as a Project Interface Manager and Core Systems Interface Engineer at Lea+Elliott, Inc.
