Joanna Rich

Joanna Rich has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Joanna is currently working as a Senior Strategy Consultant at LeapPoint since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Technology at Mind+Matter, an Ashfield Health Company from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team and overseeing the successful delivery of technology projects. Joanna also worked as a Technology Director at Ashfield Digital & Creative from 2017 to 2021, where they led the growth and delivery of technology projects. Before that, Joanna served as the Head of Delivery at Enrich Marketing Ltd from 2012 to 2017. Joanna also gained experience as a Marketing Manager at RPS RoofWright from 2010 to 2012, where they improved brand awareness and managed marketing campaigns. Earlier in their career, Joanna worked as an Internal Digital Project Lead at Standard Life Healthcare from 2007 to 2009. Joanna also worked as a Business Admin & IT Tutor and Team Leader at Practical Education Institute from 2004 to 2006, where they taught various subjects and helped design course materials. Joanna's early experience includes working as a Project Assistant at Rail Infrastructure Corporation in 2003.

Joanna Rich's education history begins in 1998 when they attended the University of Stirling. Joanna pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree, majoring in Business Marketing and French Language. Joanna'sstudies at the University of Stirling lasted from 1998 to 2002.
